Documents the UK Government don't want you to see! No 8
Our investigate team have uncovered a number of documents this is edition 8 of 11.
These documents confirm that the Nuclear testing program was an experiment and the servicemen were 'Guinea Pigs' and the UK government has been lying for over 60 years to the families.
Our eighth edition discusses the Genetic Effects of Irradiation in a report from the committee on the Medical and Biological applications of Nuclear Physics. Protection Sub-Committee by D.G Catcheside.
D.G Catcheside, states:
"All organisms investigated viruses, bacteria, fungi, liverworts, flowering plants, Drosophila and other insects and mice, show genetic effects as a result of irradiation by ionizing radiation and by ultra violet light. The types of genetic change observed in the various organisms are qualitatively similar to the changes that occur spontaneously in the several organisms. It is therefore most probable that induced genetic changes, mutation and chromosome changes alike, will be induced in man."
This statement is from David Guthrie Catcheside FRS (31 May 1907 – 1 June 1994) who was a British plant geneticist.
He was educated at Strand School and King's College London (BSc). He was a Lecturer in Botany at King's College London from 1933 to 1936, and at the University of Cambridge from 1937 to 1950. He was Professor of Genetics at the University of Adelaide from 1952 to 1955, Professor of Microbiology at the University of Birmingham from 1956 to 1964, and Professor of Genetics at the Australian National University from 1964 to 1972.
He was made a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1951. He was also a Fellow of King's College London and a Fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge.
He was very well educated and very well respected.
The report continues to state:
"All quantitative experiments show that even the smallest doses of radiation produce a genetic effect, there being no direct threshold dose below which no genetic effect is induced"
If this report is correct, any dose of radiation effects the genetics of a human being.
Unfortunately, D.G Catcheside died in 1994, so he cannot quantify his research. 13 years later, the Massey study proved that chromosomal damage had occurred in the test veterans. The latest Brunel DNA project, whose results are due in 2020, may add further evidence to his claims.
The Veterans and their families claim that their DNA has been altered and continues to be altered as more generations are born. Have these tests damaged generations for years to come and do the governments across the world know this? Only time will tell, but the more studies that are carried out, the greater the evidence of the genetic damage.
